実務上のメモ：シンガポールで外国ルート審査を利用する際の医薬用途クレームの取り扱い
2020年1月1日までは、国内または国際出願日が2020年1月1日以前のシンガポール出願、あるいは2020年1月1日以前に出願されたシンガポール分割出願の特許審査オプションとして、外国ルートを利用することができました。外国ルートの請求期限は、パリルート出願またはPCT国内段階移行出願の最初の優先日から54カ月、あるいは分割出願の実際の出願日から54カ月です。そのため、現在係属中であり、審査オプションとして外国ルートを引き続き使用できる出願が、少なくとも2024年6月30日までは存在することになります。
