Jacqueline Chelebian is a solicitor with Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers in the Litigation group. Since joining the firm in February 2015 she has worked in numerous contentious intellectual property matters including patent, trade mark and copyright disputes, infringement proceedings and actions for breaches of the Australian Consumer Law.
Jacqueline was admitted into practice in 2011. Before joining Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers, Jacqueline was a solicitor at a specialist IP firm in Melbourne.
Jacqueline is also a registered Patent and Trade Mark Attorney and holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Monash University in Melbourne.
Jacqueline is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand Inc., the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia and the NSW Law Society.”
