Overview

Vanese is an Associate in the Trademarks team, working in the Hong Kong office.

Vanese holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from University of London and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property and Technology from City University of Hong Kong. She is qualified and admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Victoria, Australia.

Vanese has experience in advising on contentious and non-contentious IP matters including trade mark prosecution, trade mark portfolio management, brand protection and brand clearance in Hong Kong, China and other Asian regions. She also handles trade mark enforcement actions and domain name disputes.

Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson, Vanese has worked in a leading intellectual property law firm in Hong Kong.

Vanese’s working languages include Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
