Overview
Sherry has over 5 years of experience in patent practice. She assists clients with patent filing, prosecution and searches. She is also involved in patent invalidation, freedom to operate analysis and litigation. She has prosecuted patent applications for world’s leading companies in areas pertaining to the electronic device and circuit, telecommunication system, computer software and network etc.
Prior to her career as a patent agent, she has experience working in the industry for many years, performing industrial practices in the field of computer integrated system and automotive electronics.
She received her bachelor degree of Electronic Engineering in Nankai University and master of arts in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
