Overview

Sherri Zhang earned her MBA from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 2010 and Juris Master from Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2016.

She has extensive experience in trademark matters, including trademark searches, applications, assignments, renewals, reviews, oppositions, invalidations, cancellations and other trademark-related issues.

She is also familiar with international trademark registrations, copyright issues, as well as domain name matters. Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson, she worked at several leading intellectual property law firms in China.

Sherri’s working languages are Chinese and English.
