Overview

Dr. Tian holds a Bachelor degree from Tianjin University, China. She also received a PhD in Chemistry from Texas Christian University, USA in 2014. She then worked as a patent attorney in major Chinese patent firms for about 5 years in Beijing before joining Spruson & Ferguson. She focuses on patent prosecution in the areas of chemistry, material science and pharmaceutical science, and also drafts and translates patent documents in the above fields. She has provided professional services to well-known companies worldwide, such as Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and Samsung Display Co., Ltd.
