Overview
Yue Guan received her Bachelor degree from College of Life Science, Peking University in 2008, and Master degree from College of Engineering, Peking university in 2011.
Yue has been qualified as a China patent attorney since 2014 and has considerable experience in patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent reexamination and invalidation, patentability advice, and freedom to operate analysis in the field of cell biology, molecular biology, pharmaceuticals, medical device, food and agricultural industry, and petrochemical industry. Prior to her practice with Spruson & Ferguson, Yue worked at various famous Chinese IP agencies for more than 10 years. Yue’s working languages are Chinese and English.
