Overview
Michelle Calder is an Associate with Spruson & Ferguson in the Trade Marks team. Her experience includes assisting both local and international clients on a wide range of trade mark related matters including availability and registrability searches, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications both in Australia and overseas, trade mark opposition and removal proceedings.
Michelle started her career working as a Trade Marks Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand.
Before joining Spruson & Ferguson, Michelle spent eight years working for a boutique trade mark consulting firm.
Michelle holds a Masters degree in Law with Honours and is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ).
