Overview

Marolita Setiati Anwar is the Director of PT Spruson & Ferguson Indonesia. Marolita has considerable experience in patent practice in Indonesia.

Prior to joining the firm, Marolita worked for fifteen years in the patent group of a major Indonesian law firm, where she was Head of the Patent and Industrial Design practice. In this role her practice primarily involved working for international clients on the preparation, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, advice in relation to patent validity and enforcement, patent strategy, patent infringement advice, and business advice for clients predominantly in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering. Although, as the Head of Patent and Industrial Design, Marolita was also involved in other fields of patents.

Marolita is an Indonesian Intellectual Property Consultant. Her technical qualifications include a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA and Master in Business Administration Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Bandung, Indonesia.
