Overview
Prior to working for Spruson & Ferguson (Asia), Jacqueline Nube was a research scientist for a biotherapeutics company based in San Diego, CA. The main focus of her work was the use of the Vaccinia virus for the treatment of various cancer types and on developing assays to ascertain their blood-borne modalities, as well as non-invasive treatment monitoring.
Jacqueline graduated from the Julius-Maximilians University Wurzburg, Germany, at the Theodor-Boveri Institute as a Biologist (Dipl.-Biol.). She then completed her doctorate (Dr. rer. nat.) at the faculty for Biochemistry, in collaboration with a renowned clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, with her thesis on the pharmacokinetic analysis of Vaccinia virus-based oncolytic virotherapy.
