Frazer is an expert in global patent searching with over 25 years’ experience across all sectors. He is a Qualified Patent Information Professional (QPIP).

His extensive knowledge of patent searching is leveraged across all teams, providing searching, market intelligence and actionable patent statistics and information.

He specialises in patentability and infringement searches for patents and designs in all technologies across the firm, as well as validity, name and landscape searches.

Frazer has extensive commercial experience. He spent seven years as a Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand, as well as six years in industry at GenericsWeb. During his commercial career he spent five years as a senior searcher conducting patent clearance searches for pharmaceutical substances, and a further year as their Information Manager.
