Fabiola is an overseas qualified lawyer and a registered Australian Trade Marks attorney with over 15 years’ experience in the practice of intellectual property law and brand protection.
Fabiola specialises in all aspects of brand and trade mark portfolio management including audits, searches, prosecution, oppositions and due diligence.
Before joining Spruson & Ferguson, Fabiola worked as the brand protection manager for a large multinational corporation which equipped her with vast knowledge in anti-counterfeiting and piracy actions.
Fabiola has also worked in Melbourne based specialised IP firms where she helped build trade mark practices with a keen focus on Spanish speaking international clients given her Latin American background.
Fabiola is a member of Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and International Trademark Association (INTA).
