Diana Sofyan Balowo has over 9 years’ experience in the Intellectual Property field prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson in Indonesia. She studied at STIE Perbanas College, Jakarta.
Diana has extensive experience in trademark practices and procedures, from filing up to registration including trademark searches. She is able to provide legal opinion regarding the results and applications including reviewing, translating and providing professional advice in relation to the specification of goods and services, renewals, recordals, cancellations, responding to office actions including filing responses against provisional refusals, appeals and oppositions. She assists both national and international clients from various fields with their IP needs in Indonesia.
Diana is fluent in both English and Indonesian.
