Overview

Danielle is a Senior Associate in our Trade Marks team, and specialises in providing strategic brand protection advice.

Danielle commenced her career in intellectual property as a paralegal in the Trade Marks team in 2009. She completed a Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice and qualified as a Trade Marks Attorney in 2015.

She works with local and foreign clients across a broad range of industries to secure trade mark protection in Australia, New Zealand and other foreign jurisdictions.

She has considerable experience in providing brand architecture advice, trade mark clearance searches and the filing, prosecution and registration of trade marks. Her experience also includes domain name and business name registrations, as well as Customs Notices of Objection.

Danielle is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ).
