Overview
Ai Ling graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours with Distinction) in Life Sciences with a Specialisation in Biomedical Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Her undergraduate research experience included investigating the mechanisms of signaling through Wnt receptors in the animal model C. elegans. Subsequently, Ai Ling pursued her postgraduate studies at NUS, where she was awarded a PhD for her thesis on the involvement of signaling kinases JNK3 and FynT in Dementia.
Presently at Spruson & Ferguson (Asia), Ai Ling is a patent scientist of the Chemical & Life Sciences team. She is involved in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications predominantly in the fields of biotechnology, biochemistry, molecular biology and pharmacology.
