Overview

As a Senior Associate in our Trade Marks team, Chelsea assists local and international brand owners in a broad range of trade mark related matters including availability and registrability searches, filing and prosecuting trade applications in Australia and internationally, trade mark opposition and removal proceedings, portfolio management, and enforcement.

Chelsea has worked in the IP profession since 2006, and as a registered trade mark attorney since 2019. Chelsea has assisted brand owners across a wide range of industries including construction, fashion, cosmetics, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and automotive.
