Overview
Amy has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in intellectual property matters worldwide, mostly in Greater China and throughout Asia. Her extensive working experience covers both trademarks and design patents (both contentious and non-contentious) which involves global portfolio creation and management, searches and clearance opinions, prosecution and protection, oppositions, cancellations and enforcement.
Amy works with a diverse range of clients across various industries including technology, fashion, F&B, healthcare and entertainment.
She also contributed on a chapter regarding the overview of the Hong Kong Design System in a 2012 publication on Laws related to Chinese Designs (Japanese edition) for Japanese design practitioners.
Amy’s working languages are English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
