Ally has more than 10 years’ experience in leading intellectual property law firms and her extensive working experience in trademark matters include trademark prosecution, oppositions, invalidations, cancellations and other trademark-related issues.
Ally specializes in trademark prosecution including advising on availability and registrability of trademarks for registration, dealing with official actions, trademark portfolio management and contentious proceedings. She also handles trademark enforcement actions, copyright issues and domain name disputes.
