Our market leading Singapore office is pleased to announce the re-opening of its trade marks practice this week.
Mary Thomas has re-joined Spruson & Ferguson as Head of Trade Marks (Singapore) and will be working closely with our long-established Asia-Pacific trade marks team.
Mary has over 20 years’ intellectual property experience, with a background working in law firms, specialist IP firms and as in-house IP counsel. She is also a registered Trade Mark and Design attorney in Malaysia. Her extensive expertise in search, filing and opposition (specifically in Asia) coupled with her in-house experience gives her a unique perspective and advantage in managing diversified client trade mark portfolios.
