１年余りの議論を経て、2016年7月28日にインドネシア特許法改正が国会を通過しました。2016年8月26日施行となるこの新しい特許法（改正法）、「特許に関する、2016年法律第13号」は、「特許に関する、2001年法律第14号」以来の10年以上ぶりの大改正となります。
