Overview

Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson Tatchaporn worked as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Department at Siam Premier where she was a consultant and investigator with experience in protecting intellectual property both regionally and internationally.

She regularly handled the trademarks searches, registrations, appeals, cancellations, renewals, licensing agreements, enforcements, coexistences, and customs recordals. She also has extensive experience in the practices and procedures in relation to Copyright, including recording and enforcing copyright ownership in Thailand and other jurisdictions. For Patents and Designs, Tatchaporn often managed related patent litigating matters under the Thailand Court actions.

Tatchaporn completed a Bachelor of Laws at Thammasat University, Bangkok, graduating with honours in 2007, and was awarded the degree of Barrister-at-Law from the Thai Bar Association in 2008.

She then went on to complete a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property at the University of Edinburgh, UK, graduating with Merit in 2011. In 2012 Tatchaporn completed a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law at University College London, UK.

Tatchaporn is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association. Tatchaporn is fluent in both Thai and English.
