Sarah Hobson leads Spruson & Ferguson’s Business Development team in Australia, having joined the firm in 2024. In this role, she drives strategic initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen client relationships, accelerate growth, and unlock new global opportunities.
With more than 15 years of international experience in the legal sector, Sarah brings a unique perspective shaped by her dual background as both a practicing lawyer and a senior business development professional. She has held leadership positions in client management and business development across top-tier firms, earning recognition for her collaborative approach, strategic mindset, and strong commercial acumen.
Sarah is passionate about building long-term partnerships and delivering innovative solutions that enhance client experience. Her ability to bridge legal expertise with business strategy makes her a trusted advisor to both colleagues and clients.
Outside of work, Sarah is an avid tennis player and has been a member of the management committee of the Eastern Suburbs Tennis Association in Sydney.
