Saowaluck is a Senior Associate in Spruson & Ferguson’s Thailand office. Saowaluck is an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer and works on a broad range of Intellectual Property matters, including trade mark and copyright registrations and patent applications.

Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson, Saowaluck worked for Bangkok law firm, Siam Premier, where she acted for and advised international clients on intellectual property and trade mark matters in Thailand and South East Asia. Saowaluck also acted for and advised numerous foreign applicants registering their Patent applications in Thailand.

Saowaluck has a Bachelor of Laws from Bangkok University and is an Attorney at Law, Registered Patent Agent (Thailand) and a Notary Public. Saowaluck is a Member of the Thai Bar Association, Member of The Lawyers Council of Thailand, Member of the Department of Intellectual Property: Licensed Patent Agent, Member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand (Registry of Signature and Document Attestation), Member of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), and Corporate Member of International Trademark Associate (INTA).

Saowaluck is fluent in English and Thai.
