Rekha specialises in power and energy converters, energy storage, renewable energy technologies, power quality, and advanced machine modeling.
With expertise in electromagnetic design, control systems, and optimisation for energy efficiency, she excels at solving complex industrial and emerging technology challenges. Rekha has contributed to research at academic R&D institutions and has held faculty roles, playing a key part in curriculum development and academic advisory.
Rekha Jayarajan holds a PhD from RMIT University, Melbourne, specialising in the electromagnetic modeling of electric machines, along with a Master of Technology in Power Electronics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
She is currently studying to become a registered Australian and New Zealand Patent Attorney.
