Pradipol is an Associate in Spruson & Ferguson’s Thailand office. His technical background is in chemical and life sciences. Pradipol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Mahidol University, and a Master’s degree in Brain Science from Burapha university, Thailand. He also obtained a Law degree from Dhurakij Pundit University, Thailand.
Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson, Pradipol worked as Patent Agent in a Local IP firm, where he gained valuable knowledge in patent drafting, patentability search, and patent prosecution in Thailand for local and international clients. He worked as an IP Officer in Technology Licensing Office, Thammasat University, Thailand, where he undertook various types of IP protection on various matters generated from Thammasat university researchers, including Medical Science, Biotechnology, and Mechanical Engineering. These activities included obtaining patent and copyright protection. Before he entered into the IP field, Pradipol worked as a research assistant in the fields of Neuroscience, Medical Science, and Environmental Science.
Pradipol is a registered Thai Patent Agent. In, 2014, he participated in WIPO National Workshop on Patent Drafting and the Use of the Patent System by WIPO and Department of Intellectual property, Thailand. Furthermore, Pradipol received certificates of IP distant learning courses from WIPO, such as Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), and DL-101: General Course on Intellectual Property, as well as from European Patent Office (EPO), such as searching prior art based on patents and patent applications.
