Jennifer’s practice primarily involves providing patent services in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals and chemistry fields. She advises clients in China, with a focus on patent drafting, prosecution and litigation, patent portfolio management and technology transfer.
Jennifer has worked as a patent attorney for 12 years and gained extensive experience. Jennifer worked as an in-house Patent Counsel for a German multinational company for over 4 years and in private practice for over 6 years.
Jennifer’s technical qualifications include a PhD (Medicine) from Peking Union Medical College and a Bachelor of Science from Peking University. She completed the Master of Intellectual Property (MIP) program at China University of Political Science and Law in 2010, and the US patent law courses at George Washington University, USA, in 2014.
Jennifer was admitted to the Chinese Patent Attorney Bar in 2005 and the Chinese Judicial Bar in 2011.
