Kimi has over 11 years of experience in patent practice. He assists clients with patent drafting, filing, prosecution and searches. He is also involved in patent invalidation, freedom to operate analysis and litigation.
Kimi leverages his experience in post-grant proceedings to help clients obtain valuable patent protection. He has prosecuted patent and industrial design applications for world’s leading companies in areas pertaining to the aviation, energy, manufacturing, medical equipment, refrigeration and also multi-disciplinary subject matters.
Prior to Kimi’s career as a patent attorney, he received his bachelor of engineering in manufacturing system engineering and master of philosophy in mechanical engineering. Kimi’s robust technical background allows him to focus on practical solutions to patent issues.
