Overview
Jeremy Leong is a Patent Engineer at Spruson & Ferguson, where he is involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Singapore and internationally, with a focus on the electrical and mechanical fields.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) with Honours from the National University of Singapore, where he specialized in semiconductors and developed a keen interest in power electronics.
Before entering the IP profession, Jeremy gained over three years of industry experience as a Power R&D Engineer. In this role, he was responsible for designing and testing a variety of power supply units across different topologies, mass production testing and verification, as well as developing On Board Chargers for electric vehicles. This background equips him with a strong technical foundation and practical problem-solving skills that he applies to his patent work.
