Overview
Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson (Asia), Ziyin was a Junior Research Fellow in Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory Limited.
Ziyin obtained her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Life Sciences and PhD degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from National University of Singapore (NUS). During her PhD studies, Ziyin established a reconstitution system using budding yeast for the reverse-engineering of animal cell polarity network. She also studied the intestine development in animal using high-resolution fluorescent microscopy and laser ablation in live embryos. Her work was published in first-tier scientific journal and presented in multiple local and international academic conferences. Her practice covers the drafting and prosecution in the fields of Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Synthetic Biology.
