Overview

Chris is a Patent Engineer in our Chemistry and Bio Patents team. He specialises in providing patent services in a broad range of fields including process engineering and materials technologies.

Chris holds tertiary qualifications in chemical engineering and materials engineering majoring in ceramics. The focus of his engineering studies has been process design, process control and semiconductor manufacture. Chris’ major project was in semiconductor design and manufacture for anti-fouling coatings.

Chris understands the commercial application of his chosen fields having worked in developing and manufacturing compound semiconductors for light, laser and electronic applications.

He is currently undertaking a Masters in Intellectual Property (UTS), with an expected completion date of 2021.

Chris is a graduate member of Engineering Australia.
