We are currently seeking for an Operations Administrator to join our Bangkok, Thailand office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support key operational and administrative functions while working closely with a diverse team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within one of the leading Asia‑Pacific Intellectual Property (IP) firms in a professional and growth‑oriented setting.
Some key responsibilities of your role include:
- Translation of legal/official documents.
- Support office functions
- Support communications with a cross-functional team.
- General administrative duties.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- High level of English proficiency. Translation skill is preferable, but not mandatory.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- A good team player who can work independently, with good communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with people at all levels.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and deal with high volumes of work.
