We are seeking a Patent Administrator (Formalities) who will be based full-time in our office in Manila, Philippines. Your role will cover key administrative tasks for submissions to patent offices, tracking of deadlines, and coordination with stakeholders and clients. Some key responsibilities of your role include:
- Preparing official documents for submission to patent offices (e.g. patent application/search and examination requests/formalities compliance).
- Monitoring and tracking of crucial deadlines.
- Preparing client correspondence and invoices/billing.
- General administrative duties.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an administration-related role.
- Experience in the Legal or Intellectual Property industry would be a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle timelines.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
