Carole holds a LL.M. from McGill University, Montreal and a Master of Laws from La Sorbonne University, Paris.
Having practised both in Australia and in Europe for a number of years, Carole has obtained significant experience in various areas of intellectual property with a large focus on trade mark law.
Carole advises a wide variety of local and international clients in all aspects of trade mark law, including prosecution, opposition and non-use actions.
