Amanda is a solicitor and registered Australian trade mark attorney. Amanda advises on the adoption, use and enforcement of trade mark rights, and her practice encompasses all aspects of trade mark registration work including prosecution, contentious matters and portfolio management.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy Major) as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong. She has also completed the Master of Industrial Property at the University of Technology, Sydney. Amanda was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1999.

Amanda is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
